Urban FinCorp provides loan consulting, documentation coordination and referral assistance. We do not sanction or disburse loans and do not represent that any application will be approved.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current information; use only documents you are authorised to submit; protect your password; and promptly inform us of suspected unauthorised account use. Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity may result in account suspension and reporting where legally required.
Lender decisions and charges
Approval, interest rate, tenure, fees, collateral requirements, verification and disbursal are determined by the applicable lender. Review all lender documents and charges before accepting an offer. Any Urban FinCorp consulting fee, where applicable, must be disclosed separately before payment.
Website tools
Calculator results are illustrative. They may not include all fees, taxes, insurance or lender-specific methods and must not be treated as an offer.
Third-party services
External lenders, social networks and referral partners have their own terms and privacy practices. Urban FinCorp is not responsible for independent third-party systems.

Guides are general information and may change. We may update, suspend or withdraw website features for security, maintenance or legal reasons.
