Who we are
Urban FinCorp is an independent loan consultant serving Delhi NCR. We are not a lender, bank or NBFC.
Information we collect
We may collect identification and contact information, loan requirements, application details, employment/business information, messages, consent records, technical logs and documents you choose to upload. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or card PINs.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your customer account.
- To assess your stated requirement and coordinate requested consulting services.
- To communicate application status and document requirements.
- To prevent abuse, maintain audit records and comply with applicable obligations.
- To measure website performance where you consent to optional analytics.
Sharing
Information is shared only where needed for the service you request, such as with a selected lender or appropriately authorised service partner, and subject to your instructions/consent. We do not sell customer documents.
Security and retention
Customer documents are stored outside the public web directory and are served through permission-checked access. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. We retain information only for legitimate service, legal, security and record-keeping needs, then securely delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion subject to legal/contractual retention needs. Withdrawing consent may limit services that depend on that data.

Necessary cookies maintain secure sessions. Optional analytics and advertising tags are controlled by the consent choice shown on the website. Browser or platform settings may provide additional controls.
